A longer window does not mean a continuous erection

As-needed Cialis has demonstrated benefit for up to 36 hours after a dose. That is a window of potential response, not a promised erection duration. Daily dosing reaches steady-state blood concentrations within about five days; that pharmacokinetic milestone does not guarantee an individual response.
