How the service works
Hims uses the standard asynchronous telehealth model. You complete a medical questionnaire, a licensed clinician in your state reviews it, and if appropriate a prescription is issued and filled through a partner pharmacy that ships to you. There is no scheduled video visit in the default flow.
That model is what makes the experience fast, and it is also its main limitation. A questionnaire is good at catching clear contraindications — nitrate use, recent cardiac events — and poor at the kind of open-ended conversation that surfaces the cause of ED rather than just treating the symptom.
The widest formulary, and the most branded products
Hims carries more ED options than anyone else reviewed here. Alongside generic sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil, it offers branded Viagra, Cialis, and Stendra — the last two being genuinely hard to find elsewhere in the direct-to-consumer market.

The SSRI combination deserves more scrutiny than a flavour
Most of what separates these services is packaging. Sex Rx + Climax Control is different in kind, and it is the one thing on Hims's menu we would want a real conversation about.
Fluoxetine is an SSRI antidepressant. Using an SSRI to delay ejaculation is a legitimate, long-standing off-label practice, and there is trial evidence that combining one with tadalafil helps men who have both erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. The pharmacology is not the problem.
If you are considering this product, treat it as starting an antidepressant that happens to also contain an ED drug, not as an ED drug with a bonus. Tell your regular clinician, and make sure your full medication list has been seen by someone.
